As the year comes to a close, I am always intrigued to know what is in store for me for the next year. For the last several years I have made a point to sit with God and just ask him this question. So instead of sitting and making “my” new year’s resolutions, I take some time to be with God and listen to what He has to say about the upcoming year. He always manages to share with me something that will cause me to grow and step out of my comfort zone. Each year, as I follow His leading, I am molded and shaped to be more like Him. What a blessing it is to begin a new year with Him.
I encourage you to take a few moments right now and ask God this question….What do you have in store for me in 2012?
